Our team is led by three dedicated co-founders: Rhiannon Cherwak, a chief training officer, who brings over 30 years of training expertise with a strong focus on sales and team performance; Julieann Youkanna, a seasoned leader with a bachelor's degree in Business Management and more than 15 years of management and leadership experience; and Dr. James Neme, DDS, a practicing dentist and business owner with over three decades of success running a multi-site dental practice.
